Core Values
Our core values are so important, but often perhaps overlooked. Taking the time to know and explore them is essential,
as they can be used to measure the choices we make,
and if our decisions actually align with who we are.

Taking the time to understand and remind ourselves of our values is in fact invaluable.
Understanding what we value and it's importance is also an integral part of coaching. It drives our desire to move forward towards what we desire, and helps inform the decisions we make in order to show up as the best version of ourselves.
At My Core
Balance is important to me.
Both having it in my life, as well as helping others find it.
Yet, somehow the word balance didn't quite resonate with me, and words do matter.
This one in particular conjures images of a scale and things needing to be equal for there to balance.
I actually need it to be flexible and have the ability to fluctuate, making it more about feeling stable.
There needs to be an ebb and flow within it.
So I searched for an alternative.
Something that spoke to me, and who I am.
Eventually I stumbled on The WORD I needed.
The oxford dictionary defines Poise as:
{noun} graceful and elegant bearing in a person
{verb} be or cause to be balanced, be ready to do something.
That was it! Balance with both a graceful elegance and ready to take action.
That is not only how I want to show up in the world,
but also the core value I stand for in my coaching.
It not only encompasses everything, for me,
but inspires my coaching
